Rheumatoid Arthritis is autoimmune disease variety is the gift of nature affecting 

the joints of Fingers, Wrist, Hip or Knees but also the tendons, muscles and other tissues of the body.

  It is the result of lining of the joints undergoing the process of inflammation and leading to their swelling.

The development is gradually over a long span of continued and stiffness in one or more joints. 

The whole body is evenly affected.

 

The diet should be of alkaline nature and includes fruits and vegetables for protecting purpose while proteins and carbohydrates are included for energy purpose. Raw salad comprising of cabbage, carrot, cucumber, lettuce, onion and cooked beets, cauliflower, carrot etc. can form the diet.

Raw potato juice therapy has been in vogue since ages for rheumatic and arthritic conditions. Sliced potatoes should be kept in a glass of cold water overnight and the water should be taken in the morning on an empty stomach. The juice extracted from potato slices can also be taken mixed with cold water on 50:50 bases.  As regards frequent joint pains, the best remedy to soak black gingerly seeds overnight and taken in the morning also with the seeds.
